We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unlit candles in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
Are Homesick candles made with sustainable materials?
Yes, our candles are crafted from a natural soy wax blend with premium fragrance oils and 100% cotton wicks. They are non-toxic and contain no lead, plastics, or synthetic dyes.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely! You can add a custom note during the checkout process, which we will print on a packing slip (without pricing) to make your gift extra special.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar during your first light. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every use.
